Relocation Advice
Information and advice provided in your initial telephone call or email is free of charge. During this first contact we will make every effort to find out how we can best help you by putting you in direct contact with the most appropriate member of our team or providing you with a quote for the particular service you require.
Consultancy Services
We aim to keep the consultancy costs as realistic as possible and we have found from past experience that our clients prefer us to charge an hourly rate unless otherwise agreed. For basic services such as help with the EDF or France Telecom, writing letters of complaint or sorting out administrative problems ( exluding property finding ) our fixed rate is 45 euros an hour.
This includes the cost of phonecalls and travelling expenses unless otherwise agreed. The first consultation is free. That way you can get to know us and decide for yourself if you wish to engage us to help you.
Trouble Shooting ( Specialised consulting )
There are many instances in which clients contact us specifically to help them with difficult and extremely complicated property transactions more often than not requiring a high level of specialised knowledge and communication skills. This can be a time consuming and delicate task involving us contacting specialist help and spending literally hours in negotiation or liasing between clients and notaires.
These fees are based on the amount of consultancy work required in order to successfully complete the task at hand and are discussed and agreed with the client based on their individual brief before a contract is drawn up and signed. They typically range from 55 euros an hour for 2 to 3 hours work to higher fees for more complicated tasks. Please do not hesitate to call us for a chat and individual assessment.
